Bridget O’Malley Kautzky is a Partner at Lillis O’Malley Law Firm in Des Moines, Iowa. Bridget has extensive experience in various areas of the law, including, complex real estate transactions, business, contract and corporate law, and land use planning and municipal zoning.

Bridget has represented a number of Fortune 500 companies in business, contract and corporate matters and several large private companies in real estate and zoning transactions. Bridget has also represented several local developers in complex real estate transactions. Bridget has also been involved in negotiating and preparing contracts for economic development incentives and benefits with local municipalities and the Iowa Economic Development Authority.

Bridget graduated cum laude from Creighton University, obtaining her B.A. in Finance. She received her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law. Bridget was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2010 and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Iowa in 2012. Bridget is a member of the Iowa and Polk County Bar Associations. Bridget is also a current member and former board member of Iowa Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
