Jessica L. Stewart is an experienced litigator of divorce and paternity litigation involving issues such as child custody and support, alimony, domestic violence injunctions, asset and liability distribution, and child relocation.
She attended the Mississippi College School of Law graduating in 2012. She graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology . While attending law school, she received awards for the highest grades in Legal Writing and Church & State in the Modern World. Jessica was also a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society while attending Auburn University.
Jessica's practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and family law matters, including divorce and paternity cases. Jessica previously practiced at private firms located in Okaloosa and Bay Counties in Florida prior to joining Matthews & Jones, LLP.
