Mr. Geraghty is an active member of the Michigan Society of Healthcare Risk Management’s (MSHRM) Education Committee and the Kitch firm’s Pro Bono and Marketing Committees.
He received his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1997. During law school, he was active in Moot Court and Law Review. Mr. Geraghty received a Bachelor of Arts in English from John Carroll University.
Mr. Geraghty is actively involved in Project H.E.L.P. (Homeless Experiencing Legal Protection), clinics that provide a basic level of legal advice and counsel at the Pope Francis Center in Detroit.
Mr. Geraghty was the featured speaker on Obstetrical Trends in Michigan at MSHRM’s annual meeting in May 2017.
