Biography

Ahsan has obtained his LLB (Hons) & LLM from University of Chittagong. He then pursued higher studies and completed his second LLM from the prestigious Centre for Commercial Law & Studies (CCLS), Queen Mary, University of London, UK specialising on Banking & Finance Law. He has an excellent academic record and obtained his LLM from Queen Mary, University of London with “Distinction”. He has also completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) and called to the Bar of England and Wales.

At the Legal Circle, Ahsan has a great length of involvement drafting numerous commercial and legal documents. Because of his exposure to banks and various other financial institutions, he has gained in-depth understating of the securities and security documents required for any particular transaction.
