Biography

William Winter focuses his practice on the areas of family law and adoption. He guides clients through dissolution of marriage matters, including custody, parenting time, child and spousal support, as well as division of real property, other assets, and liabilities. Mr. Winter is a trained mediator and qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. In addition, he is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Mr. Winter has been named a Minnesota Family Law Super Lawyer since 2004. He is a graduate of University of Colorado, Boulder and William Mitchell College of Law. Bill is uniquely qualified and able to assist clients in resolution of very difficult financial and emotional issues relating to family law and to those issues arising in adoption proceedings
