Allison’s practice focuses on corporate commercial securities and construction-related matters. Allison’s educational background afforded her the opportunity to live and study internationally, allowing her to cultivate an appreciation for global perspectives on business and law. She brings this same unique perspective and understanding to her practice, while at the same striving to provide timely and effective advice to her clients.

Allison assists her clients with all areas of corporate and commercial law. With experience ranging from negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements; purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, and agricultural property; organization of new companies; preparation of shareholder agreements; equity and debt financings; and assets and share transactions, Allison is prepared to assist her clients every step of the way.

Allison also had the honour of assisting senior counsel representing the Province of Alberta in a constitutional language challenge at the Supreme Court of Canada.
