Anthony represents insurers and individuals focusing his practice on the area of insurance and risk management including auto policies, property, CGL and disability. Anthony’s experience includes acting as defence counsel in first and third party claims involving liability and quantum disputes. As coverage counsel Anthony advises his clients on issues that include the WCB bar to action, section B, failure to disclose a material change in risk, misrepresentation and defamation.
•Represents and advises corporations and individuals regarding general contractual disputes, fraud and negligence actions.
•Represents and advises corporations and individuals in commercial and residential tenancy lease disputes.
•Represents corporations in rental and lease disputes involving equipment damage or loss.
•Represents corporations in Builders’ Lien actions address issues of improvement, materials and renovations.
•Defending claims of fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation in residential real estate sales.
•Represents and advises manufacturers in defending product liability claims.
•Represents and advises corporations in litigation involving contract bids and Requests for Proposals.
•Represents corporations and individuals in debt collection actions.
•Represents employers and employees concerning issues including termination, wrongful dismissal, reasonable notice and restrictive covenants.
