In addition, Geoff serves as a legal advisor for health services, law enforcement and a variety of higher education institutions, including Canada’s second-largest university, in matters involving institutional policy, labour relations, human rights, contract matters, employment issues and administrative practice and procedure.
In his general litigation practice, Geoff focuses on commercial lawsuits and arbitrations, various contractual, business and shareholder disputes, product liability litigation, construction disputes and professional negligence claims.
Geoff has previously served on the firm’s Executive Committee and is the former chair of the Labour & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups in the firm’s Edmonton office.
