John Paul has extensive experience in construction contracts, commercial financing, commercial real estate (including shopping centre developments) and the purchase and sale of businesses and companies. His construction law practice involves providing advice to a large international general contractor in respect to construction contracts for a variety of projects including public-private partnerships (P3s) and large industrial projects. John Paul has provided advice on a large number of P3 projects in a number of jurisdictions, including Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Nunavut, New Brunswick, Florida and Australia.
