Lee Plumb maintains a general solicitor's practice as well as a general practice in the area of debt recovery and restructuring.

In 2007, Lee received a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of Alberta. He then went on to obtain a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2011. While attending Law School Lee was an editor of the Saskatchewan Law Review and was also awarded the Cronkite Award for the highest academic achievement in the area of Tort Law.

Lee articled with Field in 2011 and joined the firm as a lawyer in 2012.
