Nancy carries on a corporate commercial practice, focusing on corporate and other reorganizations and restructuring, as well as general ongoing corporate and business legal matters that typically arise in the operation of a business, whether operated by a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or non-profit entity. She has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also includes intellectual property law components in the area of trade-marks, copyright and licensing.
