Shauna articled at a national firm in Calgary and then practiced environmental law at a major mergers and acquisitions firm in Toronto. She then returned to Edmonton in 2003 to work at the Alberta Court of Appeal before working and then becoming a partner at an international firm between 2004 and 2014. Shauna joined RMRF in 2014.

Shauna practices administrative law in the areas of professional and regulatory compliance, municipal taxation and assessment, environment, and municipal law.

She is also Qualified Arbitrator. In this role, her experience in administrative law and decision-making is invaluable.

Shauna sits on the Board of Directors of Cycling Canada, a National Sport Organization that promotes cycling and pursues world class results by leading high performance programs and enabling the development of athletes.
