Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked with the National Football League - Management Council (Labor & Legal Department), advising NFL teams on labor and employment law matters.
Eric represents employers throughout the United States in matters such as:
•Negotiating collective bargaining agreements;
•Arbitration of union grievances concerning employee discipline/discharges and contract interpretation disputes;
•Discrimination and retaliation charges;
•Defending unfair labor practice charges;
•Union representation petitions and organizing campaigns;
•Labor and employment matters in asset and stock purchases/sales;
•Management training on labor and employment law risk management and dispute avoidance; and
•Layoffs, restructurings, employee terminations, and other sensitive human resources matters.
