  • CE FLNG has submitted a report to FERC on the status of its proposed self-propelled floating LNG export terminal on the Mississippi River near Baptiste Collette Bayou in Plaquemines Parish, La. The report states that in March 2015, CE FLNG executed a term-sheet and other LNG marketing agreement(s) with an undisclosed off-taker whose parent companies are state-owned. The report also states that CE FLNG has executed a term-sheet for financing and expects to close on a “targeted investment transaction” within the next 90 days. CE FLNG has pushed backed its expected start of operations from first quarter to third quarter 2019.
