  • The Daily Astorian reports that Oregon LNG has refiled a lawsuit in U.S. District Court which claims that the Army Corps of Engineers has abandoned its easement rights to land on which Oregon LNG wants to build its LNG export terminal in Warrenton, Ore. According to the press release, the suit was refiled to permit Oregon LNG to “maintain its legal options” and is “responsive to the Findings and Recommendations by Magistrate Judge John V. Acosta in Oregon LNG’s earlier filing, which was withdrawn.”
