Steven G. Greenlee

Steven G. Greenlee: Attorney with Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C.

Mr. Greenlee joined Burg Simpson in May 2005 after previously practicing as a partner in a well-regarded Denver firm where he was engaged in complex civil defense representing international, national and local corporations, insurance companies, businesses and individuals in every aspect of litigation in matters of employment, insurance, personal injury, products liability, environmental, toxic tort, contracts and other commercial disputes, and intellectual property.

He became a Shareholder at Burg Simpson in 2011 and continues to successfully represent the firm’s clients in the state and federal courts in Wyoming and Colorado, principally protecting the rights of those who have been seriously injured by the negligence of others. He believes his insurance defense background has been invaluable in helping Burg Simpson’s clients seek and receive just compensation for their injuries and damages. He has helped secure many millions of dollars in settlements, verdicts, and judgments.

Mr. Greenlee is a past member of the Board of Governors for the Up With People International Alumni Association, the 21,000+ member organization of the international performing and community service group, Up With People. He continues to volunteer his time to helping the Association on various legal matters. Mr. Greenlee has also provided support to a number of other charitable causes, including Craig Hospital, Aware Alzheimer’s Association, Dog is My Co-Pilot, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Mr. Greenlee was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming for both his undergraduate and law degrees. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Wyoming and Colorado. He currently lives in Broomfield, Colorado with his wife and three boys. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and writing fiction.
