Biography

A former field attorney for the National Labor Relations Board, Mr. Zamboldi represented private sector employers in labor and employment law matters for more than 30 years in both union and non-union environments. He is an approved arbitrator on the panel of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Mediation and has served as an arbitrator in cases arising under collective bargaining agreements. He served as firm President from 1997 to 2006.
