      Mr. Spivey is sharp, strong, and assertive in the courtroom. He thinks on his feet as he responds on a dime to matters that arise quickly in the courtroom. He anticipates the actions and approaches of opposing counsel, and is quick to redirect irrelevant arguments. In our case, he very quickly and successfully neutralized an opposing attorney's attempt to distract the jury from the relevant matter.
