I have practiced business law and commercial litigation since 1998 and expanded my practice to include family law (divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, palimony, modifications, ect...) in 2008. My strong financial and business background is invaluable when working with complex, high asset divorce cases.

I started my career with Meyer, Hendrix, and Bivens, P.A. in Phoenix, Arizona where I practiced primarily in the corporate and securities department. With some of the Partners of that firm, I participated in forming a new, boutique corporate and securities law firm, Rogers & Theobald, P.A.

Prior to becoming an attorney, I was an Investment Advisor with Prudential Securities, Inc. and, later, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. I clerked for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Enforcement Division, in Miami, Florida. I also had the honor of clerking for Judge Marvin Shoob, Senior Federal Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. In addition, I worked for the Arizona Corporation Commission, Securities Division, in Phoenix, Arizona and clerked for the Maricopa County Public Defender in Phoenix, Arizona.
