  • Lest there be any doubt that in a post-Enron -- not to mention post-Sarbanes-Oxley -- environment, Congress still does not like corporate executives, the Senate Finance Committee's version of the "Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003" (the "Senate Bill") as passed by the Senate on May 15, 2003, includes a number of executive compensation "reform" provisions.
