A graduate of the University of Vermont, Nadine earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1985. There, she was Research Editor of the Computer and Technology Law Journal. She clerked for the Honorable Burton R. Lifland in the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court. Nadine Maleski was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York and the related federal courts in 1986 and to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1998. From 1986 to 1990, she served as trial attorney in the Essex County Office of the Public Defender adult region. Practicing Family Law since 1990, Nadine Maleski, Esq. chaired the Juvenile Committee of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She has been Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Attorney since 2006, having tried, arbitrated, mediated and settled thousands of family law and domestic violence matters involving issues of divorce, alimony, child support, removal of children from the State of New Jersey, equitable distribution, business and other asset valuation, palimony, annulment, premarital agreements, appeals, custody, parenting time, college expenses and marital torts such as assault, battery, theft and emotional distress. She was previously Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney from 1998 to 2010 after numerous trials of medical malpractice, commercial, Tort Claims, FELA, and other personal injury claims.
