David I. Fuchs: Attorney with Law Offices of David I. Fuchs P.A.
Attorney Awards

Upon graduation from the Washington College of Law at the American University in Washington D.C., David Fuchs worked as an associate and of-counsel to plaintiff's personal injury law firms in New York City. These firms handled a broad array of negligence cases including, but not limited, to car accidents, premises liability matters, medical malpractice and Admiralty and Jones Act matters. Mr. Fuchs was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and entered into private practice with a concentration and focus on plaintiff's personal injury cases.

At the Law Offices of David I. Fuchs, P.A. client satisfaction is my most important priority. I have devoted my career and my practice to seeking justice for accident victims and for anyone injured in any way by the negligence of a third party. So if you have been injured in a car, bus, motorcycle, taxi, truck, bicycle, pedestrian accident or if you have been injured on the premises of another whether it be a private home, supermarket, shopping mall, or parking lot you my firm shall stand with you and work on your behalf to seek just and fair compensation. My goal is for my law firm to be the firm of choice when anyone is injured in Florida by virtue of the negligence of another.

At The Law Offices of David I. Fuchs, P.A., my staff and I strive to provide high quality, personalized attention to our clients who receive service custom-tailored to their legal needs.

High quality work doesn't just mean working hard. It means working smart. It means using our experience and skills to provide clients with the best opportunity to successfully settle a case or prevail at trial. It means not just listening to our clients, but hearing what they have to say which is essential prerequisite to providing sound legal advice, zealously and vigorously representing our clients within the bounds of the law.

We represent car accident and other accident victims in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach and all throughout the State of Florida.

One of the most compelling cases that I handled that still inspires me to this day and which underscores my philosophy on the practice of law is a case I handled over 10 years ago. Parents of a minor retained my firm with regard to the death of their minor child who had been placed in a youth shelter by a Florida court. The minor has threatened to hang himself with a belt from a bunk bed. The facility failed to use due care to assure that the minor had no access to a belt. Tragically the minor did carry through on his threat which led to his tragic and untimely demise. Litigation ensued and the matter was settled in Mediation. I will always remember and never forget the courage and tenacity of the parents in the face of this unspeakable tragedy. This case has made me more resolute than ever to relentlessly and zealously pursue justice on behalf of those to whom a grave injustice has been perpetrated.

David Fuchs is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York and the District of Columbia.
