Biography

Richelle B. Levy is an associate with the firm. Ms. Levy graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in 1982, and from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 1989. After graduating law school, Ms. Levy worked as an Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of New York where she tried over 25 cases as lead counsel. Upon moving to Miami, Ms. Levy joined a union side labor law firm and represented numerous Taft-Hartley plans. She has extensive experience preparing employee benefit plans and in ERISA litigation. Upon joining the firm, Ms. Levy now concentrates her area of practice exclusively on public pension funds. Ms. Levy is admitted to the Florida, Louisiana and New York State Bars.
