Michael Versnik is a trial attorney practicing out of the Ft. Myers office. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Versnik focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including premises liability matters. As a civil trial attorney, he has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict and has succeeded in upholding those verdicts on appeal. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubble, the highest rating from the most prominent national publication in the legal field.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Versnik served as an insurance defense attorney representing policyholders and insurance companies against injury claims and lawsuits. Earlier in his professional career he served as a YMCA director.

Mr. Versnik graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law. In addition, he graduated magna cum laude from Webber International University with a bachelor of science in business administration where he was an academic all-conference and academic all-American baseball player.
