Donna DeMarchi is a Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Attorney with over 18 years of experience, who has successfully represented thousands of clients during her esteemed career.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999, Donna is a lifelong Treasure Coast resident, graduating from Martin County High School in 1987. She went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida; and following graduation she quickly realized she had a passion for the law and protecting victims, starting her career as a paralegal in Palm City. Several years later she made the decision to further her career and obtained her law degree from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
Donna’s philosophy has always been that her clients should focus their energies on getting well, while she navigates the legal minefield of insurance companies aiming to protect profits instead of their policy holders. Donna’s single-minded goal is to capture the maximum benefits for her clients to help heal some of the financial burdens during the difficult aftermath of their accidents.Phi Delta Phi; President of the John Marshall Bar Association, 1998; Charter Officer of University of Florida College of Law Toastmasters; Board Member for Junior League of Martin County 2007-2009.
