Biography

Mr. Aguirre joined Stammer, McKnight, Barnum & Bailey LLP in June 2016 as an Associate Attorney. Mr. Aguirre’s practice areas include civil defense litigation, personal injury, products liability, and criminal defense. He is admitted before all the courts of the State of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Mr. Aguirre is a member of the State Bar of California, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, and the Fresno County Bar Association.

Mr. Aguirre graduated from California State University, Fresno, in 2004, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and graduated with distinction from San Joaquin College of Law in 2009. Prior to Mr. Aguirre’s admission into the California Bar, he worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gary Austin at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and as a law clerk in practice areas ranging from worker’s compensation defense to civil rights.
