Richard H. Rubin is a member of Rubin & Licatesi PC, and has practiced Real Estate Law for the past 40 years with a broad based interest in representing parties in real estate litigation as well as contract and closings, including short sales and providing defense in commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure lawsuits. The practice also includes topics involving reverse mortgage, real estate taxes and related water sewer foreclosure actions and the practice related to Surrogate Court concerns.
