  • In principle, given the termination of road concession contracts, there would be four reasons why a Concessionaire could be liquidated: 1. by decision of involved partners (art. 94, subparagraph 1 of Argentine Commercial Companies Act 19550), attainment of the corporate goal (art. 94, subparagraph 4 of Argentine Commercial Companies Act 19550), expiration of the time limit set for the existence of the Concessionaire (art. 94, subparagraph 2 of Argentine Commercial Companies Act) and fulfillment of the condition its existence had been subject to (art. 94, subparagraph 3 of Argentine Commercial Companies Act.)
