Mark F. Higgins: Attorney with Ugrin, Alexander, Zadick & Higgins, P.C.


Mark was born in 1957 and grew up in Great Falls, Montana. He received a B.A. in Social Sciences, Magna Cum Laude from Carroll College in 1979. He then attended the University of Montana School of Law and graduated, with honors, in 1982. He became a Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul J. Hatfield, U.S. District Court Judge, District of Montana, from 1982-1986. He joined the law firm in 1986, became a partner in 1990, and has remained with the firm since its inception.

Mark and his wife spend their time raising two sons, attending sporting events, and enjoying their Smith River cabin. Mark is a member of the Board of the Falls Aquatic Swim Team (FAST), and past member of the Great Falls Community Development Council.
