A North Carolina native, Zach was born and raised outside of Charlotte, in Salisbury, North Carolina. After graduating law school he obtained his North Carolina law license. He then became licensed in West Virginia in 2015, where he began practicing general civil litigation. Zach’s practice in the Mountain State concentrated on helping individuals in all aspects of personal injury cases, including slip and falls, auto accidents, medical malpractice cases, as well as product liability actions. Zach has also handled complex tort cases involving publicly traded companies. He is an experienced litigator with successful jury trial experience. He is well versed in trial and motion practice in State and Federal Court. Zach is dedicated to providing excellent legal representation to individuals throughout the state of North Carolina. Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Poole loves spending time with his family and friends.
