Biography

Michelle has over 20 years of legal experience, primarily focusing on representing disabled individuals. She has worked in both private practice and as an attorney advisor for the Social Security Administration, allowing her an insider’s perspective on the disability process. In the seven years prior to joining the Ricci Law Firm, Michelle ran her own disability practice; she moved to the Ricci Law Firm to allow her more time to focus her attention on client’s needs during the hearing process.

Now serving clients throughout North and South Carolina, Michelle handles every aspect of the SSD process. Clients can turn to her with confidence, knowing she will keep them informed along the way.

She is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
