Kenneth is one of the founding members of the firm. He heads the prosecution practice of the firm in the field of trade marks and copyrights. Over his 29-year career, Kenneth has built a repertoire of in-depth experience and prosecution skills, handling a gamut of both adversarial and non-adversarial issues and proceedings that range from licensing, assignments, oppositions and rectifications to conflict resolution, co-existence agreements, due diligence negotiations and common law searches.

He has been involved in supervising infringement and anti-counterfeiting campaigns on behalf of both domestic and overseas clients and has represented them before civil and criminal courts in India.

He also regularly appears before the Trade Marks Office, Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB), Copyright Office and the Copyright Board in connection with various matters.

Prior to founding K&S Partners, Kenneth worked as a trade mark attorney in a prominent IPR law firm in New Delhi.
