Mr. Odoca was born and raised on Guam. He attended Father Duenas Memorial School, graduating as Valedictorian in 2004. He went on to receive his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. Mr. Odoca then obtained his law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai'i in 2012. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Odoca earned a certificate in Environmental Law, signifying specialized study and focus in environmental law. During his studies, Mr. Odoca was also recognized as a CALI Excellence for the Future Award recipient for Environmental Compliance and Regulated Industries.
Eager to return to Guam following law school, Mr. Odoca accepted a position as a law clerk with the Supreme Court of Guam. Following his clerkship, he went on to work as an Assistant Attorney General in the office's Prosecution Division. Mr. Odoca has a general practice, but focuses primarily in the areas of commercial transactions and commercial litigation.
