Alan Rubenstein focuses his practice on family law, collaborative divorce, divorce mediation, the litigation of all divorce related matters, and the representation of children in family matters. He conducts two to four family trials per year in addition to his representation of individuals, divorce mediation, and collaborative divorce practices.
Prior to attending law school, Alan spent three years in the field of marital, family, and individual psychological counseling and has approximately 1500 clinical hours. He spent his third year of law school at Yale Law School.
Alan serves as a Special Master in Connecticut Superior Court. He is a founding member of the Collaborative Divorce Attorneys of Fairfield Country since 1995.
