Earl F. McMahon joined the law firm of Reid and Riege in 1985 and has been a Stockholder since 1992. He represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financing for corporate acquisitions, asset based lending, real estate lending and mezzanine lending with equity kickers. Earl also advises buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in real estate transactions and corporate trustees in bond issues. In each transaction, Earl strives to make sure that his clients understand the ramifications of the various provisions in the documentation for the transaction and that such documentation accurately reflects his clients' expectations.

Community and Other Pursuits:

Earl currently serves on the Boards of the World Affairs Council and the Dartmouth Club of Hartford. He is also a past Board Chair of Mercy Housing and Shelter Corporation and continues to be active in the organization by, among other things, making breakfast at the St. Elizabeth House soup kitchen on a regular basis.
