  • As Florida approaches its 2008 Legislative Session, issues are emerging that may prove of interest to our clients and other business concerns. This overview takes a look at some of the debates already underway at the Florida Capitol in the areas of state appropriations, property insurance, taxes, commerce, energy, environment, growth management, health care and local government.
