  • The United States District Court for the District of Columbia last week affirmed the exclusion from federal health care programs of three Purdue Frederick executives who had been convicted of misdemeanor misbranding violations pursuant to the Responsible Corporate Officer Doctrine (“RCO Doctrine”).
