Biography

Heidi is a fifth-generation Montanan. After law school at the University of Montana, Heidi returned to her hometown of Helena in 2005 and joined Crowley Fleck. Heidi counsels individuals and businesses on Montana specific legal issues ranging from real estate, business, and trusts and estates, to special needs and elder law. Heidi gets to know each client’s individual needs, values and goals in order to effectively negotiate and wordsmith personalized and practical contracts and plans that provide clients with a solid foundation for success in their important business and real estate transactions and family transitions. Heidi connects clients with all available legal resources and empowers clients using Montana law to craft effective strategies and creative solutions to protect clients’ interests and prevent conflicts. Heidi has extensive experience navigating clients through Montana’s unique liquor licensing system and complex nursing home Medicaid programs.
