Mr. Jones obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin from the University of Virginia, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1975. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School in 1981. After several years as an associate with Carlsmith, Carlsmith, Wichman & Case in Honolulu, handling projects that included the public tender offer and bankruptcy litigation for Crown Corporation, and the drafting of proposed U.C.C. for the Commonwealth of Northern Marianas, he joined the firm of Green & Ning, which became Ning, Lilly & Jones. Mr. Jones’ practice specializes in bankruptcy litigation, construction industry collections, and business litigation including partnership, corporate, fiduciary and real property disputes.
