Ms. Jennifer Stachniak is a registered patent attorney with over 25 years of experience in U.S. and international patent prosecution as well as extensive experience in trademark prosecution. She has expertise in a wide variety of technical fields, including automotive, medical device, chemical and biochemical, telecommunications and electronics, oil and gas excavation and military technology.
Ms. Stachniak's practice emphasizes providing patent and trademark prosecution services to clients in the U.S. and in Europe, and she has worked in cooperation with a diverse group of international clients and law firms in all areas of patent and trademark prosecution from initial application filing and preparation through appeal.
Prior to joining Johnson, Marcou & Isaacs, LLC, Ms. Stachniak was a partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP in Denver, Colorado.
Ms. Stachniak received her law degree from the University of Denver in 1991. She is fluent in German technical translation, writing, and speaking.
