Garrett’s experience includes two successful arguments before the Supreme Court of Texas, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking depositions, conducting interviews and investigations, managing discovery, and negotiating and preparing settlement agreements.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Garrett was an associate at a boutique law firm in Houston. His previous experience includes serving as a law clerk for Justice John P. Devine on the Supreme Court of Texas.
