Mr. Garrett Andrew Gibson



Garrett Gibson focuses on an array of complex business and commercial litigation matters, representing clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. He regularly assists with trial strategy and is well-versed in handling oil and gas, transportation, and commercial real estate disputes.

Garrett’s experience includes two successful arguments before the Supreme Court of Texas, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking depositions, conducting interviews and investigations, managing discovery, and negotiating and preparing settlement agreements.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Garrett was an associate at a boutique law firm in Houston. His previous experience includes serving as a law clerk for Justice John P. Devine on the Supreme Court of Texas.

Represents a construction manager in a dispute arising from the construction of a $75 million senior care facility and in a subsequent dispute following hurricane flooding at the facility.
