Jessica Windfont is an associate attorney at MehaffyWeber in the firm’s insurance defense practice group with a concentration in products liability defense and litigation.
Jessica’s commitment to the legal profession began in college, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. The topic of her thesis was “Exploring the Criminal Justice System: What Are Other Methods to Reduce Recidivism?” In law school, Jessica served as a staff writer for The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice and competed in the Linda and David Schlueter 2012 First Year Moot Court Competition, where she was an Octa-Finalist. She attended St. Mary’s Institute on World Legal Problems at the University of Innsbruck in Austria in 2013, which included United States Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas as a Distinguished Visiting Jurist.
