Mark M. Appling



Mark Appling’s practice focuses on two stages of litigation: counseling clients before a lawsuit is filed, and representing those clients if and when a lawsuit is filed. In addition to representing clients in state and federal court, as well as representing interested parties in agency investigations and administrative disputes, in the areas of environmental, construction, personal injury, oil and gas, maritime/inland transportation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense law.

Mark graduated from the University of Texas in Austin before earning his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, as well as the Southern and Eastern U.S. District Courts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, and Texas Exes Alumni Association
