After graduation from the University of Pennsylvania he was elected to Hexagon Senior Honor Society and Sigma Tau National Honor Society for Engineers). Mr. Greenberg joined Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC in 1997, where he is a managing member of the firm.

Mr. Greenberg has extensive experience in the areas of real estate, business transactions, corporate finance, debtor/creditor relations and estates and trusts. He is a Lecturer at continuing legal education programs. He has been named a “Super Lawyer” from 2009 through 2011, enjoys an AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale Hubbell®, and has been selected as a Leader in Law by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Mr. Greenberg is a competitive rower and President of The University Barge Club.
