Benjamin Randall Little: Attorney with Sirote & Permutt, P.C.


Benjamin’s practice covers a wide range of substantive areas, but his primary focuses are business law and government contracting. Benjamin handles both litigation and non-litigation matters in these areas and frequently represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the GAO. Benjamin has handled numerous successful bid protests related to federal contracts and has successfully defended federal contract awards on behalf of the awardee. Benjamin has wide-ranging litigation experience, and in that capacity has obtained successful outcomes in complex government contracting and commercial disputes, has handled litigation involving complex engineering issues and has successfully represented public officers and elected officials in a variety of litigation matters. Outside of litigation, Benjamin frequently helps clients form, govern, and operate businesses. In this role, Benjamin uses his litigation experience to advise clients in avoiding and managing disputes.

•Benjamin greatly values time with his family. Benjamin and his wife, Laura, began dating in high school and married immediately following college. They are the proud parents of three children. The Little children are the proud owners of three bird dogs, each child claiming one dog as their own. The Littles are active members of a local Christian congregation.
