Attorney Caitlin E. Bouldin ("Katie") is a partner with the firm, managing real estate origination and REO closings. Katie received her B.S. from The University of Alabama in 2007, and her J.D. from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in 2011. She is admitted to practice law in Alabama's state and federal courts. Katie began her legal career in 2011 as a Clerk for the Honorable Dennis E. O'Dell, Circuit Judge for Madison County, Alabama. Following clerkship, Ms. Bouldin joined Stephens Millirons, PC in 2012. Since joining the firm, her practice has been focused on origination and REO closings and curative title. Katie is a licensed title insurance agent with the Alabama Department of Insurance. She represents local and national banks, mortgage lenders, and GSEs in all aspects of default servicing, primarily in REO and origination closings.
