Biography

Joel P. Jaqubino joined the firm in 2017. He received his B.S. from Athens State University in 2003 and his J.D. from The Cumberland School of Law in 2006. Joel is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Alabama. Prior to joining Stephens Millirons, Mr. Jaqubino was a Partner in the law firm of Paulus Jaqubino, P.C. Joel's current practice is focused on both residential and commercial origination and REO closings, real estate litigation, and business organization. Joel is able to leverage his litigation and negotiation experience to assist clients in quickly resolving any title issues to avoid unnecessary closing delays. Mr. Jaqubino is an adjunct Professor at Athens State University, teaching business and federal contract law.
