• April 2013 Visa Bulletin: EB-2 China Will Advance Six Weeks; EB-3 to Advance for All Countries

  • According to the State Department’s April Visa Bulletin, the EB-2 category will advance by six weeks for China, to April 1, 2008, and will remain current for all other countries except India, which will remain at a cut-off date of September 1, 2004.

    The EB-3 professional and skilled worker subcategory will advance by three months for China, to April 22, 2007; two weeks for India, to December 8, 2002; and two months for most other countries, to July 1, 2007.

    The EB-3 subcategory for other workers will advance by one month for China, to August 1, 2003; two weeks for India, to December 08, 2002; and by two months for most other countries, to July 1, 2007. The Philippines will advance one week to September 8, 2006.

    April 2013 Priority Date Cut-Offs

    In April 2013, EB immigrant visa priority date cut-offs will be:

    Current for all countries.

    EB-2
    China: April 1, 2008
    India: September 1, 2004
    All other countries: Current
