  • The Department of State (DOS) has published the October 2014 Visa Bulletin announcing that the priority date for employment-based third preference (EB-3) category for all applicants other than those born in India and China will advance six months, to a new cut-off date of October 1, 2011.

    The Chinese EB-3 category will advance five months, to April 1, 2009, while EB-2 China will move forward approximately five weeks to November 15, 2009. EB-2 and EB-3 India remain unchanged.
