Jana Hageman is of counsel in the Agribusiness, Estate and Wealth Transfer Planning, and Real Estate Groups at Bose McKinney & Evans. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law - Bloomington, and has earned an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business and a M.S. in food and agribusiness management from Purdue University.
Armed with a background in agriculture, Ms. Hageman works with agribusiness owners and farmers to resolve their legal and business needs. Ms. Hageman focuses on farm management, estate planning, federal and state tax, business organization, and other topics related to agriculture.
Ms. Hageman is an owner and manager of her family's land holdings in Indiana and in Texas. She is also an active participant in her family's agricultural businesses. In addition, she is a member of the American Agricultural Law Association and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Ms. Hageman is included as an advisor on eLegacyConnect, a forum for ag families to build strategic business and succession plans.
